Fortis Healthcare Services team of healthcare staff have devoted over 50 plus years combined experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and critically ill patients in their homes and nursing homes. This Team includes Registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and social workers who are highly trained, certified and experienced.
