Our program provides socialization, skill building and community integration support to children and adults. Our services include but are not limited to:

In-Home Supports, ages 6+

Our In-home support provides individuals with the opportunity to receive personalized support and care that is tailored to their specific needs and preferences. This can include assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management, as well as support for social connections, communication skills, and overall well-being.

Our approach to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is person-centered, focusing on each person's strengths, interests, and goals. We believe in empowering individuals to make their own choices and decisions, and we work collaboratively with them to achieve their aspirations can develop important life skills and increase their ability to manage their own lives. This can lead to greater confidence, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Companion Services

We tailor our Companion services to the individual's specific needs and preferences, allowing them to receive personalized support that meets their unique needs. This can include activities that are tailored to their interests and hobbies, as well as assistance with tasks that may be challenging or stressful.

This can play a critical role in supporting the emotional and social well-being of individuals who are elderly, have a disability, or are recovering from an illness or injury, by providing social connection, emotional support, and assistance with practical tasks, which ultimately can help the individual to feel more engaged, connected, and fulfilled.

Personal care services

Personal care services are a type of in-home support service that focuses on providing assistance with activities of daily living to elderly, individuals with disability, or are recovering from an illness or injury. These services are designed to help individuals with tasks that they may find challenging due to physical or cognitive limitations.

Personal care services can include assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. They may also include assistance with mobility, medication management, and other activities that are necessary for daily living.

Independent Living, ages 18+

Our approach is to learn about the individual’s specific needs in other to help promote social connections and community involvement, which can be important for overall well-being. By providing support for accessing community resources and participating in community activities, individuals can develop important social connections and feel more connected to their communities.

One of the primary benefits of independent living support services is that they allow individuals with developmental disabilities to maintain control over their own lives and make choices that are important to them. By providing assistance and support, rather than taking over tasks completely, individuals can feel empowered and in charge of their own lives.
