Supportive In-Home Services was founded in 2020. Fortis Healthcare Services has a team of highly trained and professional healthcare staff who has devoted over 50 years of combined experience working with individuals who needs in-home care, companion care, personal care and independent living support. This includes care for elderly, individuals with disability, individuals recovering from an illness or injury in the comfort of their homes, including nursing homes.
At Fortis Healthcare Services, we believe that every individual, regardless of their abilities, have unique talents and skills to offer. And provide services throughout the Northern Virginia area (Arlington County, Alexandria, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Manassas, Manassas Park, Frederick County, Fauquier County, Stafford County and surrounding areas. We support children, adolescents and adults.
We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
